Summer 03 - Village Fete, Gt Haseley

Home

The Haseleys are situated approximately 50 miles west of London within the county of Oxfordshire, England. The three villages that fall inside the parish are Great Haseley, Little Haseley and Milton Common.

The area is predominately rural with a number of small businesses located on the boundary of Great Hasley and Milton Common.

Many of the houses date back to the early 17th century although parts of the St Peter's church are recorded to be in existence as far back as 1100AD.

Le Manoir aux Quat Saison Gardens
The villages and surrounding areas are full of character and well worth a visit. Dont' forget
that in addition to the local pub (The Plough), Raymond Blanc's award winning restaurant (Le Manoir aux Quat Saison) is less than a mile away - see picture.
